Theory Home Design brings you an efficient way to accomplish a home project compared to traditional methods. Rather than rolling everything into one long contract with many phases & big dollar signs, we break up project parts & tasks so you can try out as many design options as you like on your own timeline. You have more flexibility & control over the entire project. Clients find this takes the pressure off of an otherwise intimidating project.

Our specialty is the fast & fun concept phase. Focusing on this allows us to put our creative energy into this very important first step. We can, of course, take your project all the way to the end.

Theory Home Design brings the education & experience of over 20 years in architecture, interior design & industrial design to achieve a finished product better than you envisioned. We don't want you to miss a design opportunity or redo work later on because someone did not grasp the big picture or consider things you had not thought of.
LESS FEES
Clients love the small initial investment it takes to get some early concept ideas together. It shouldn't require a long term commitment or contract that requires 15% of your construction cost to get started. That traditional method may seem overwhelming when you don't yet know what you'll be doing.
Instead, we offer an a la carte fee structure that let's you take things step by step, dive deeper into the areas you want & skip over the parts you may not need.
